In-Person 1:1 training sessions are offered for 30 minutes or 1 hour. They’re guided and demonstrated by Lauren, at Southside Lifting Club.
It’s preferred that you do have a membership at Southside Lifting Club. It is normally $60/month, but drops to $40/month if you are working with me!
If you do not know proper form, lack exercise science knowledge, or struggle with consistent motivation/accountability, 1:1 in-person training would be a great fit for you.
This depends on our training frequency, and your nutrition. The more we train together, the more you will progress and see results. The less we train together, the more you need to prioritize training on your own as well. Consistency & hard work will take you far.
