In-Person Training

What is it?

In-Person 1:1 training sessions are offered for 30 minutes or 1 hour. They’re guided and demonstrated by Lauren, at Southside Lifting Club.

Do I Have To Have a Gym Membership?

It’s preferred that you do have a membership at Southside Lifting Club. It is normally $60/month, but drops to $40/month if you are working with me!

Would Benefit From In-Person Training?

If you do not know proper form, lack exercise science knowledge, or struggle with consistent motivation/accountability, 1:1 in-person training would be a great fit for you.

How Quickly Will I See Results?

This depends on our training frequency, and your nutrition. The more we train together, the more you will progress and see results. The less we train together, the more you need to prioritize training on your own as well. Consistency & hard work will take you far.

When can I start?

You can start by scheduling a call with me through the button below. We will talk fitness experience & history, your challenges & mindset blocks, and determine if we are a good fit. Once we have this conversation, we can get started within the next week!
